компания "softline" we are looking for an investment analyst/senior investment analyst to join our investment management team. the role would involve the participation in the vc projects on the buy and sell side for the softline venture partners fund as well as taking part in strategic acquisitions for the softline group. responsibilities: generating and working with the pipeline of potential investment opportunities; research, evaluation, and financial analysis of target companies; presenting investment opportunities and deal rationale to key stakeholders; project management of investment transactions from initiations to closing; analyzing market and technological trends and developments; analyzing the performance and managing companies within the investment portfolio of the fund; interaction with founders and key officers of portfolio companies; preparing presentation materials for companies within the portfolio (teasers, presentations, financial models); interaction with the key corporate stakeholders to identify investment needs; creating relationships with the vc community, vc/pe funds, key partners and investors. requirements: 3+ years of experience in vc/pe roles, big4 valuation/consulting/audit or big3 consulting; good understanding of the investment process both on the buy and sell side, preferably in it/tech; proficiency in creating financial models and preparing presentations for both internal and external stakeholders; work experience with transactional documents would be a plus; strong project management skills; ability to connect with people; fluent english.
