Main responsibilities: Build relations with Company customers through digital, learn business-processes and business itself, to get deep understanding of the business and have ability to do strategic planning, demand evaluation, have ability to define priorities in accordance with business-strategy and expectations. Evaluate the impact of decisions made, identify areas to improve, do risk assessment and prepare mitigation plan for those which may impact business in present and in future. Develop and support KPIs, proactively identify potential issues and areas to increase effectiveness. Increase involvement and awareness and trust to IT initiatives and Business Partners’ expertise from business units’ side. Aim on promoting existing, updated, and innovative IT services for internal customers. Identify projects’ size and targets, translate business requirements into project specifications in accordance with best practices and internal policies, ensure of specifications quality, testing and execution. Become a facilitator between IT teams, IT suppliers and business units to ensure correctness and completeness of tasks and targets and implementation by service teams. Manage budgets of programs/projects, forecast, set tasks, plan, assess risks, manage changes to support effective solutions. Provide project reports to stakeholders and committees. Coordinate work status and results of project teams and suppliers. Identify/manage all connections between different projects (within program and within project portfolio). Do research in digital area which applicable in medicine and pharmaceuticals industry to identify new technologies and innovations, approaches which may increase effectiveness of existing business-processes and tools used with omnichannel as well as patients’ disease awareness and health care professionals’ awareness. Make sure that project teams and suppliers follow all Company standards and market best practices, including quality assurance, policies and procedures compliance, and technical abilities and processes. Follow principles of business ethics, Policies, Procedures and Rules approved in Company. Requirements: Higher education in Computer Science or Information Technology. Experience in IT area in big FMCG or Pharmaceutical companies. More than 3 years of experience in IT or Digital area, familiar with quality assurance and compliance, experience in cooperation with internal customers. Professional knowledge in IT to support building partner relations with business units and demand management. Base knowledge in Cyber Security and Data Privacy principles. Great communication skills, ability to build partnership and exchange information with stakeholders and management. Involvement in business and expressed business qualities. Skilled in setting right priorities aligned with business-strategy, ability to develop IT solutions aligned with exact request and business demand, ability to use strategic approach. Ability to translate complex technical information into a language understandable by business representatives. Change Management experience, and understanding of Project Management, also in web-development or/and software development. Experience in change management on daily basis and in cooperation with internal and external partners to support daily IT services operations. Deep knowledge confirmed with practice in CRM and CRM systems, including digital tools and building trigger digital campaigns. Understanding of data integration principles from various platforms and master data management. Knowledge and experience with project management methodologies confirmed with portfolio. Experience in managing portfolio of projects. Understanding and experience with Agile will be a plus. Experience in preparing and developing proactive offers to the business units to bring business value for organization. Experience in advocating initiatives and projects. Focused on quality, maintained provided requirements, and applying Company’s policies, procedures, and principles. Experience in budgeting and finance planning. Experience with supplier management, work with outsourcing companies and providers, developers, preparing and managing tenders. English – Upper-Intermediate and higher.
