компания "kpmg" what we do: our corporate tax practice professionals assist our clients in managing local and foreign taxes to achieve business goals. we help clients stay compliant with tax regulations, provide correct tax reporting and effectively deal with tax authorities. we also advise on structuring of business, deals and operations to minimize financial and legal risks and maximize business value. responsibilities: participation in the following assignments: consulting clients on different corporate tax matters including: compliance with applicable tax regulations and mitigation of tax risks structuring of intra-group transactions, including transfer pricing aspects, allocation of costs and profits structuring of deals from tax perspective overall tax planning, optimization, use of favorable tax regimes and tax advantages provided in the legislation tax burden modelling participation in tax health check, review of tax function tax audit and tax due diligence projects and drafting opinions on tax positions facilitating large tax projects as part of project management office assistance in negotiations with tax authorities preparation of client deliverables, reports, proposals, contracts and other project-related documentation as well as marketing materials to fill the role a candidate is expected to meet the following requirements: completed university degree (preferable in taxation, economics, finance, law) at least 1 years of experience in tax/legal consulting in reputable russian or international companies excellent knowledge of russian tax legislation and accounting principles russian or international tax/ accounting qualification is an advantage fluent russian and at least upper-intermediate english in order to work with clients and documentation excellent computer skills (ms word, ms excel, ms powerpoint) strong analytical skills and logical thinking ability to work under tight deadlines and multitask strong communication and teamwork skills ability to go on business trips we offer: your own trajectory of development and clear career ladder corporate training: unlimited access to a platform for the study of foreign languages with convenient formats and over 50 trainings to boost personal and professional skills a team ready to support: colleagues will always ready to help and share their expertise projects influencing the future of large companies: you will be able to prove yourself in solving various problems business trips: your opportunity to explore russia and beyond competitive salary and extended health insurance ability to combine work from the office (moscow city) and from home personal development: mentoring, coaching and career counseling programs support for physical and mental health (consultations with a psychologist, online fitness and marathons) official employment
