Reimbursement analyst (Project)

компания "antal russia" responsibilities: know company policy related to expenses (employee reimbursement sop), and verify and process assigned employee reimbursement requests for russia on a daily basis maintain strong relationships with hr team, operations, finance, and other internal stakeholders communicate with employees for timely and professional discussion on inquiries and/or any discrepancies related to expense reimbursement. able to identify the opportunities to improve current processes and communicate the needs for continuous improvement provide regular training to employees in t&e policy and process develop and maintain accurate training documentation, sops, faqs, and functional specification documents. assist with month-end close activities as it relates to expense management and credit cards. requirements: bachelorchr(39)s degree or above preferably in accounting or finance-related field. minimum 1 year of finance experience, preferably at a technology or internet company. strong proficiency using microsoft office suite software and relevant systems technology. ability to multi-task and prioritize, in a fast-paced and dynamic environment excellent communication and presentation skills. ability to establish and maintain effective and harmonious work relationships with staff, detail-oriented with strong analytical, problem-solving, and financial skills. highly motivated and willing to accept changes & challenges
