компания "air liquide" hr manager represents a stronger hr role in supporting the business line or entity inachieving their strategic objectives. key responsibilities: ensures the deployment of hr strategy and the quality of hr processes execution. in collaboration with hr team members, he/she acts as a single point of contact for employees and managers of the allocated business units, builds a strong business relm ationship with the internal client, plays an active role in the management team and cha pion the hr agenda together with business priorities. provides consultative support to management on leadership development, talent and performance management, change and people management issues, staff grievances. collaborates closely with local talent teams to facilitate the development of employees and management, ensuring that appropriate learning and development initiatives are properly implemented, as well as to attract and sеlесtfuture talents. resourcing: resource planning with managers, recruitment and selection in collaboration with talent acquisition team, internal mobility, redundancy and restructuring activities. collaborates closely with the local compensation and benefits team to ensure proper alignment of comp&ben framework and acts as interface from job profile set-up to compensation review. organizes career interviews, talent reviews and succession planning, monitors the identified actions. raises staff’s performance through an effective performance management approach. ensures relevant reporting and hr data analysis are made available for the management team. supports all org transformations. participates/drives group hr initiatives for the allocated scope. facilitates a good work culture, drives employee engagement and welfare. key skills & experience: diploma in hr or a related field (engineering background very appreciated) proven hr experience supporting global business in a multicultural environment (partnering industrial player and/or commercial structure in industrial company) regular presence and visibility in the field is required (regular remote interaction, ready for business travels within russia) knowledge and experience in all hr processes across the employment lifecycle enthusiasm to manage various operational tasks and projects simultaneously good negotiation skills and a persistent attitude to getting things done, good communication (both oral and written) solid experience in recruitment of various kinds of roles (technical, commercial, blue collars, etc) in different regions strong knowledge of employment laws and practices english fluent, any other languages appreciated relevant it skills
