компания "аиском" ais novations is an international software development company with 14 years of experience in software service delivery to global customers, mainly from the usa and uk. in this role you will take part into various challenging projects. we are looking for a middle ba to join the growing project team of our top account — a us insurance giant from the fortune 500 list. the employee is intended to work with one of the most important backend projects of our customer and play the role of ba on our side across several sub-projects. you will be growing professionally together with our ba department, whose mission is to expand and accumulate expertise in finance & insurance business domains! major responsibilities: convert business ideas into well-structured requirements formalize, document and visualize the requirements work with complex requirements and convert them into acceptance criteria сoordinate the requirements with business stakeholders participate in agile team meetings assist with the analysis to determine the discrepancies between actual and expected results be responsible for tracking and reporting on the status of issues occured, address the issues and monitor until they are resolved cooperate closely with both the customerchr(39)s business systems analyst and the development & qa team we are a match if you have: profound knowledge of software ba methodologies, tools and processes knowledge and experience in user story acceptance criteria in gherkin syntax knowledge of ms sql experience in ms excel and ms visio for diagrams strong problem solving skills b2 english level or higher experience in working with agile development methodologies (scrum) flexibility and ability to work in a rapidly changing environment, situations of uncertainty and shift of priorities nice to have: basic understanding of qa approaches for data testing core knowledge of bi, etl, databases experience with project management tool azure devops basic capability to read and understand vb code sharepoint experience we offer: remote-friendly and office-style environment by your choice regular feedback and performance reviews to facilitate your professional growth health insurance program exciting projects for clients globally english classes internal mobility program friendly team who respect colleagues compensation for trainings and certifications (50%-100%) corporate on-line events & cozy offline parties. join us!
