компания "grant thornton" provide legal support to gt’s clients activities, including, but not limited to, drafting and reviewing contracts, power of attorneys and other legal documents and providing legal responsibilities resposibilities: corporate, labor and tax matters tax claims and litigations reviewing/preparing/updating contracts, agreements and other legal documents; legal advice on differed issues related to client’s activity; working with state authorities and professional organizations; reviewing documents’ compliance with applicable legislation; monitoring and analysis of legislation, drafting opinion on controversial issues of legislation and proposed changes to laws; working with different databases. requirements: degree in law from a kazakhstan or foreign university; at least 1 year experience; knowledge of kz legislation: civil, business, corporate, data privacy, private international law; administrative and court procedures; knowledge of international business law and aifc laws is a plus; fluency in english and russian (both written and oral), kazakh – is a plus; ability to work with large scope of information; good communication skills and attention to details; ability to switch quickly from one assignment to another, multitasking skills; self-motivation and analytical mindset; chamber membership in kazbar is a plus.
