компания "airswift" our client is well known international company looking for reservoir engineer.this position is reports to head of reservoir.activities make sure hse concerns are properly identified and addressed, especially when requiring data acquisition. promote hse culture in front of operator; collect, validate and store all reservoir data (pvt, well tests, production data, monitoring data); deliver all requested internal production reports for 2 productions; integrate new data with current knowledge; call for transverse reviews when results are not compliant; organize workshops with operator to review data and interpretations, and to align on production strategy; propose data acquisition and monitoring plans to operator, during wells preparation and for wells in production; define and coordinate hq studies regarding production data as required; update dynamic models with production history (reservoir pressure, production tests, plt), laboratory data (ccal, scal, pvt) and all new geological information; history match 1p and 2p models on a yearly basis and updаtеproduction profiles; provide feedback to other geoscientists working on the models; evaluate remaining uncertainties and impact on profiles and reserves; propose updated reserves figures; evaluate options to optimize development plan (well targets, debottlenecking potential…); participate to the evaluations of additional resources with a particular focus on jurassic tight reservoirs; deliver projects year end, budget and ltp exercises (technical profiles and justification, analysis of variations; participate to technical workshops organized by operator and defend company’s positions; update and maintain geosciences database for assets in charge in conformity with gsr data management policy; document all major technical work as required; consolidate yamal-gydan regional knowledge; document analogy between two assets. context and environment end of development drilling (3 rigs) and seismic activity (acquisition and reprocessing) ongoing, production start-up in 2017-2018 brought new new challenges in terms of interpreting field performance. one of the projects sanctioned mid-2019 with internal fid and first booking dossiers validated. currently in active development phase (5 rigs). first gas planned in 2023. amount and quality of available data and models unknown, depending on operator good will; complex environment related to non-operated asset with various issues related to data quality, technical expertise and project governance; critical project for operator; significant reservoir complexity: high level skills and advanced techniques needed for proper evaluations. accountabilities in charge of 2 productions performance monitoring at field and at well level; in charge of dynamic models (when feasible); support production profiles (ltp, reserves, etc) with simulation forecasts or by using other techniques; in charge of technical interactions with projectchr(39)s reservoir engineers. profile/ experience required msc degree in petroleum engineering; relevant work experience at least 3-5 years; good knowledge of well production data interpretation and of reservoir numerical simulations; understanding in geophysics & geology; critical sense with regard to data quality and results accuracy; ability to synthesize and communicate complex results; ability to maintain good relationship and communication with other departments, with operator and other shareholders; fluent in english and russian, french useful.
