компания "русджам стеклотара холдинг" responsibilities: work with and assist regional quality & environment management in leading the team under the quality operations and environment management function to ensure that daily operations related to environment management are completed in a timely and efficient manner; close cooperation with region factories and central function at the field of environment management, ecology, and sustainability issues; ru region factories support (online meetings, visits) by providing expertise in the field of environment (gap analysis, internal audits, support audits by 3rd parties, etc.); corrective actions control and estimation of their efficiency; escalate important environmental issues to regional quality & environment management in a timely manner and assist in discussions and solution finding process; monitor environmental compliance requirements in the region and data collection activities in plants to assist plants in tracking and aligning with monitored requirements; handling with environment management documentation: instructions, manuals, etc; review environmental activities in the region and act as a coordinator and communicator for environmental continuous improvement initiatives, environmental impact assessment activities and environmental emergencies; provide input to regional quality & environment management team to create daily, weekly, and monthly reports and analytics and provide support in the maintenance of these reports; take part in the quality and environmental continuous improvement projects led by quality management & continuous improvement. requirements: university degree (engineering); upper intermediate english; advanced computer user (office software); 3-5 years in environment management/ ecology; experience in big international manufacturing companies is a plus; business communication skills (written and verbal); readiness to go on business trips. working terms: salary is discussed individually with the successful candidate; 5 days working week, overtime work in emergency situations.
