Trading Sales Executive (Coal, Metals, Iron Ore)

компания "staffwell" our client is a large international privately owned asset management company. job description we are looking for a competitive and trustworthy sales executive to help us build up our international trade business activities. the areas of interest include new trade routes into china for russian resources (mainly coal, metals, iron ore) and other materials, while also helping expand the reach of chinese manufactured goods into russia. responsibilities will include discovering and pursuing new sales prospects, negotiating deals and maintaining customer satisfaction. if you have excellent communication skills and feel comfortable reaching out to potential customers to demonstrate our services and products through social media, trade shows, face to face meetings, emails and phones, we’d like to meet you. ultimately, you’ll help us meet and surpass business expectations and contribute to rapid and sustainable growth of new trade opportunities. responsibilities conduct market research to identify selling possibilities and evaluate customer needs actively seek out new sales opportunities through cold calling, networking and social media set up meetings with potential clients prepare and deliver appropriate presentations on products and services create frequent reviews and reports with sales and financial data participate on behalf of the company in exhibitions or conferences negotiate/close deals and handle complaints or objections responsible for import/export activities ensuring full compliance with all aspects of shipping liaise with customs intermediates for import clearance & ensure all import processes in place assist on ad hoc basis with formalities with customs, agents, transport etc as required collaborate with team members to achieve better results gather feedback from customers or prospects and share with internal teams requirements and skills proven experience of 5-7 years as a sales executive/trader or relevant role related to resources such as coal, metals, iron ore or similar proficiency in english is required, with chinese skills of strong advantage excellent knowledge of ms office hands-on experience with crm software is a plus thorough understanding of marketing and negotiating techniques fast learner and passion for sales self-motivated with a results-driven approach aptitude in delivering attractive presentations bachelor’s degree in business, commerce, economics or similar
