компания "finstar financial group" relocation to mexico/colombia responsibilities: controlling and managing digital marketing in 4+ countries. supporting sales together with local teams. analyzing and improving current campaigns and approaches, to achieve better results (sales, cost per acquisition). launching test of new acquisition channels, conducting a/b testing to find best solutions for the business. working with customer retention (repeated sales). buying traffic in google and facebook, working with cpa partners. taking part in ux/ui optimization of websites and mobile apps. conducting competition analysis, investigating best practices inside and outside the market. working on marketing strategy and its implementation (together with hq). reporting to regional director and hq. requirements: 3+ years of experience in performance marketing. hands-on experience with major acquisition channels. management experience (project management, team leadership). good analytical skills (experience with google analytics / firebase/ appsflyer. good comprehension of ux/ui principles to provide best sales funnel. good english is a must; spanish – is a competitive advantage.
