компания "travelline" travelline is an international it company, the main office is located in russia in the city of yoshkar-ola, and offices in belarus, estonia, georgia, kazakhstan, kyrgyzstan, indonesia and thailand. we create online solutions and websites for hotels, helping them to simplify their workflow and earn more. our services are used by 8000 clients from simple apartments to the most famous large hotels up to 1700 rooms. we are looking for an experienced travel manager who has previously dealt with visa issues and worked with different bonus programs (such as amex points). you can work both from the office and remotely from anywhere in our country. if you approach your work with responsibility and with a soul - to people and want to develop in an international company - then we are waiting for you! what you’ll do: arrange business trips company employees (tickets, accommodation, transfer); visa support; use different bonus programs (including amex points), accumulated miles, discounts and airline promotions; write and send clear interactive travel instructions; provide assistance in solving any organizational issues during business trips; keep up-to-date the database of personal documents of employees; keep records and budget of trips, monitor the receipt of accounting documents; organization of employeeschr(39) participation in external training (registration, payment, travel support, document management).what you’ll need to be successful in this role: you like to communicate with people, to help them and you know how to organize business trips in way when employees feel care and support anywhere in the world; it is important for you to think through all the details in advance and make a well-organized workflow; you have an the experience in organizing business trips and corporate tourism; you have an experience in visa support (usa, schengen countries, uk, china); you have a skill of quickly searching for up-to-date information about entry requirements to foreign countries during a pandemic, and other and to react quickly in rapidly changing conditions; you have an experience in search for information and organization of vaccination of russians abroad; your english level is b2 or upper.what we can offer: competitive salary based on experience and expectations; remote work or you can work from our office in yoshkar ola; official employment in accordance with the legislation of the russian federation; medical insurance after the trial period (3 months); all necessary equipment for work.
