компания "едиль-орал.kz" responsibilities: gain a strong understanding of existing client base, their future plans and activity levels. gain a sound understanding of eo products & services optimise sales opportunities across all product & services offered by eo to the client, “farming”” existing clients, whilst seeking new customers. provide comprehensive handover of client requirement to allow internal sales support to compile tender’s quotations/proposals in line with customer expectations. understand full itt details, providing guidance internally where felt required. provide input for each inquiry, agreeing and directing internal sales and management on “win” strategy, proposal review prior to submission. look for opportunities to grow the business, whether through partnerships or new initiatives and work to take advantage of those opportunities. analyse commercial and sales activities and compile reports that give insight into current sales situation and how a company can make adjustments to improve performance. resolve issues with contracts, tenders and commercial operations. communicate with other departments so that all understand the terms, particularly contractchr(39)s financial and operational aspects. assess risks and makes recommendations based on a thorough analysis of all factors involved in a business situation. prepare monthly sales report, forecast and deviation from previous month provide market intelligence on competitors activity request clarifications and incorporate changes to tender package to influence in edil orals favour where ethically acceptable. communicate and maintain correspondence with tender organizers, existing clients and prospects. agree method for tender submission ie in person or other method follow-up all tenders, proposal, updating internal sales department allowing updаtеof proposal register. provide translation and interpretation support as required. assume extra duties as required. work efficiently and calmly within tight deadlines or under other stress factors. requirements: university degree or equivalent technical qualification. minimum 5 years field sales experience. knowledge of tender procedures of oil and gas companies. hands-on experience with online tender and procurement platforms (ariba, eprocurement, sap). fluency in oral and written communications in english, russian and kazakh. the job holder must be prepared to work flexible hours in order to help meet deadlines as requested. the job holder must be prepared to make occasional visits to locations outside both in kazakhstan and abroad. conditions: 5/2 in atyrau office social package
