компания "геаком" ​ job description as a web development project manager, you will be responsible for designing and developing exceptional web applications for geacom and its clients, as well as integrating those web applications with the software products they use. we expect you to have in-depth knowledge and serious experience in web development. you must be perfectly familiar with all web development related processes and technologies and be able to work completely independently from start to finish and be focused on producing a flawless end result. your tasks as a project manager for web application development, you will take responsibility for our internal and external development projects. work with responsible persons to understand needs, set strategy, spec projects, set expectations, ensure project success and client happiness. prepare detailed scope documents to include, functional design, features, minimum viable product, hours estimate, timelines, deliverables, etc. track project performance, specifically to analyze the successful completion of short- and long-term goals. lead the team through our agile development process. run standups, review & retro, and planning meetings. manage projects in jira and other project management tools. meet budgetary objectives and adjust project constraints, based on financial analysis. use and continually develop leadership skills. requirements strong organizational and project management skills. in-depth professional experience in app development, preferably as a product owner or project manager. expert with time management tools and project management software such as jira. expert with prototyping tool (e. g. figma) expert with wordpress expert with page builders like divi and elementor proven ability to successfully manage multiple projects concurrently. agile, goal-oriented personality, driven to succeed and always up for a challenge. extensive knowledge of crm, portals, web and apps for technology, it security, data protection and system architecture. excellent budget-management skills. company offers at the initial stage (approx. 3-4 months) it is a remote job.
