компания "хили пропертис" sales and marketing executive is responsible to implement all sales activities and maximize hotel’s business opportunities.essential requirements: bachelorchr(39)s degree/higher diploma in sales & marketing hospitality experience english is a must job responsibilities: design, proof, produce and coordinate both and electronic materials needed to assist hotel sales department including but not limited to: ads, stationary, rack cards, flat sheets, direct marketing campaigns, electronic guest surveys, billboards, radio advertisement scripts, write and distribute press releases, maintain social media sites. brainstorm and offer suggestions for new sales and marketing opportunities be point of contact and coordinator for print vendors, promotional vendors, state tourism agencies, and dot reps, organize contracts, renewals and determine value in advertising follow and remain current with all hotel brand standards maintain corporate design and brand standards for any and all projects manage multiple projects for property and corporate levels research, manage and control costs for hotel advertising and printing stay up to date with industry trends organize and prioritize project timelines and deadlines document and record events through photography maintain effective relationships with corporate and hotel staff on a regular basis. activly promote social networks via instagram, vk, facebook track & adjust the environment in attracting subscribers, performing interesting posts from hotel life submit ideas for interesting joint projects with advertising companies, corporate partners, social institutions maximize barter conditions for proper & effective usage of marketing budgets of sales department attributes: creative work, writing and photography skills required. refined skills in layout and design capable of meeting deadlines and working in a fast paced environment strong time management skills and ability to multitask ability to see project a through from conception to completion with little direction detail oriented and highly organized ability to work as a team but also a self-starter critical eye with attention to detail excellent communication and strong writing skills skilled in adobe creative suite programs: coral, photoshop, illustrator. microsoft office: word, excel, and power point marketing experience a plus
