компания "втб капитал" responsibilities: to act as a consult to the business on its leadership, learning, coaching and organisational development challenges to provide high quality leadership, learning, coaching and organisational development interventions globally to positively manage external relationships with partners and associates to fully understand training needs arising from the performance management process to input into the development of regional and global development plans to meet those needs. to support leadership, learning, od and hr based specified projects as and when required. to updаtеand maintain the appropriate development-based data to provide routine and ad hoc management information as required. working alongside the global head of leadership and od to support the ongoing evaluation of all development activities and feedback into further developments and implement any recommendations for continuous improvement. to manage relationships to ensure that the leadership and od offerings meets business requirements. to work in partnership with their hr business partners to align performance management, leadership development, learning and talent interventions across the business to contribute to the development of leadership and management development provision to provide follow-up support for delegates on-site and over the phone to suggest and implement recommendations for the continuous improvement of programmes and on-site activities to assist in any projects as and when required by the global head of leadership and od to demonstrate a sound knowledge of business, its operational structure, objectives and values to role model company and leadership values and behaviour and to act with fairness and integrity at all times key competencies and qualifications training qualification assessment/psychometric qualification develops and maintains client relationships at the appropriate level. seeks feedback from others to improve skills and further develop. sets and achieves challenging objectives. is receptive to new ideas and perspectives. builds on strengths and addresses weaknesses. facilitates and encourages team members in career planning. actively pursues self-development in both technical and managerial competencies. keeps key stakeholders informed of performance through face-to-face meetings, written communications, analytical reports, and performance measures. can be trusted to maintain confidentiality possesses strong functional/technical expertise. demonstrates functional/technical mastery of current job. leverages technical/functional expertise to solve broader business issues leads by example and is an effective role model for more junior staff conditions: official employment competitive salary professional training and development voluntary medical insurance for employee and their family members, life and health insurance, banking products on attractive terms sport and corporate events ability to build your career in the leading russian investment bank
