компания "human capital group" responsibilities: assist the hr director in organizing the formulation of the corporate hr strategic plan based on the corporate development strategy. according to the strategy and manpower development plan of the headquarters and regions, propose the companychr(39)s organization setup, post setup and staffing plan, and plan and implement talent reserve and echelon construction. organize efforts to formulate human resource management regulations, regulations, and management processes for recruitment, training, compensation, performance, benefits, employee relations, and corporate culture, and implement the regulations. be responsible for the implementation of recruitment, training, compensation, and performance tasks. improve the incentive mechanism, reasonably plan and control the cost of human resources. be responsible for the management of employee labor contracts and handling matters related to labor relations. be able to interpret labor laws of kazakhstan and apply labor relations of the company. be responsible for the performance appraisal management of the company and the handling of relevant complaints. be responsible for formulating the career planning of the companychr(39)s employees, and organizing the promotion of the employees and the evaluation of professional and technical titles. promptly propose and deal with major emergencies in the management process of the company. be responsible for preparing the companychr(39)s staffing and annual labor cost budget. establish and maintain good connection with labor department, cooperate with labor departmentchr(39)s relevant inspection, and handle related personnel disputes. requirements: have 3 to 5 years of professional hr manager work experience. fluent chinese and english. knowledge of the labor law of the republic of kazakhstan conditions: registration according to the labor code of the republic of kazakhstan working time - 5/2, 9.00 am – 6.00 pm, with 1 hour for lunch; timely salary payment. office in city center.
