компания "quadcode" hi! we are quadcode, a company that develops a saas trading platform for clients around the world. now we are looking for a head of marketing (b2b) in core saas team. you have to create a b2b marketing department in the company from scratch. the position is open for those who are already in cyprus or ready to relocate to cyprus after a probationary period. key responsibilities: organization of the promotion of the trading platform in the saas format; development of a marketing strategy; creation and implementation of marketing positioning of the product, showing its advantages in the market; launch of promotion in key channels; organization of work with contractors, subsequently hiring a b2b marketing team and building processes; participation in the development of product monetization models; research of competitors and potential markets; interaction with product development to form common development plans. our expectations: at least 5 years of experience in marketing b2b products; experience working with markets outside the cis; analytical approach to all marketing activities; experience in managing a group of marketers, organizing contractors; ability to set clear, understandable goals and objectives; excellent communication skills to support cross-functional interaction with other departments; fluent english.
