компания "redtag и flo (ooo rtf fashion retail)" the primary role of the ic is to optimize the company sales and profits by monitoring the stores stock levels and department contributions. responsible for executing ibt as instructed by the bm or bp to balance stock between stores. providing weekly feedback to brand team and planners on good and bad sellers plus store-wise under and over stock positions. implementation, training and maintenance of back store operations and standards to ensure efficient and accurate of goods processing. responsibilities and duties · maximize sales by ensuring all markets are stocked according to the agreed mdq’s · execute ibt’s as instructed by brand planners and brand management team · monitor and analyze merchandise sales performance by brand and recommend any changes to store merchandise profiles · monitor good and bad sellers and provide feedback for consolidation and or goods re-pricing · liaise with hom and bp’s on issues with respect to stock levels, goods receiving and other merchandise related matters · responsible for back store operational standards, training of back store supervisors and ensuring efficient and accurate stock processing · responsible for monthly damages write off and disposal
