компания "арктик спг 2" mission: the hvac engineer will be responsible for the design, specification, vendor or sub-contract selection, contractor and supplier document review, and testing services relating to hvac equipment for oil and gas installations in novatek murmansk plant. tasks & duties: accountable for the quality and the delivery of the hvac detailed design documentation to support the procurement and construction activities. to take leadership at the contractors and rdis by a throughout review of the key deliverables, including optimizations of his discipline such as philosophies, basis of design and calculation notes. identify technical problems, agree corrective actions and follow up with their implementation. ensure that project procedures follow national regulations and hse standards in-line with all current legislation and practices whilst meeting production targets. monitor and ensure effective implementation of hvac policies and procedures. support field engineering and commissioning team. field experience in the manufacturing, performance testing, commissioning, and troubleshooting of hvac equipment is desirable. also required is a working knowledge of arctic conditions and russian industry standards for hvac equipment would be very useful. the required competency and skills would typically have been built up working for a consultant engineering company, equipment fabricator, or an oil and gas operator. personnel would be expected to have a varied and extensive experience of hvac equipment in the onshore and offshore (modularised topsides and buildings) oil and gas project environment. this would include: concept definition front end engineering design detailed design factory acceptance testing commissioning operations a specialist and detailed knowledge of air handling equipment and ductwork designs including the skills to prepare and review: philosophies and specifications d&ids air flow diagrams equipment sizing calculations 2d layouts 3d cad models hazop scenarios qualification & certification: experience 10-15 years in engineering, construction and operational support roles the preferred qualification requirements for this position are a degree in mechanical engineering and a professional qualification such as chartered engineer with the institution of mechanical engineers imeche. significant experience in hvac design and execution of large facilities proven track record as hvac engineer / lead strong communication skills, written and oral, supported by inter-personal skills that support working at a senior level. team player with a mind-set to work with a global team and with diverse cultures. ability to challenge others in a constructive manner and negotiate with peers and partner representatives to influence decisions or ways of working. excellent written and presentation skills with ability to explain technical matters to staff not conversant with the detailed technical area. able to manage time effectively, both own time and that of a team to achieve delivery of work against agreed schedules. self-starter with a strong delivery focus and good problem solving and analytical skill. fluent english. conditions: work location - belokamenka, murmansk; rotations 30/30; competitive salary; labour contract in accordance with labour code of russian federation. voluntary medical insurance. partial compensation of fitness. compensation of cell communication. irregular working hours. creative work and friendly atmosphere; career opportunities based on work performance; chance to be a part of international unique project.
