компания "alterra inn" responsibilities: manages and organizes a well assembled team of professionals to run the sales & marketing division. the established policies & procedures are guidelines for success and should be referred to as tools to obtain our goals. the director is responsible for the assurance that these p & p are regularly updated to ensure maximum awareness of the hotel facilities to the media, local community and professional related to the hotel industries and to ensure that a maximum revenue is generated at the highest possible guest satisfaction. director is a key figure in the overall co-ordination of the hotels general direction. with close relation to other managers in the property and also with the community it is understood that managers are seen as role models for all staff no matter which department. the hotel executive committee is set up by the directors and includes all responsibilities that are found therein. the sales and marketing director is responsible for planning and implementing sales and marketing strategies, both short and long range, targeted toward existing and new markets by performing the following duties personally or through subordinates. requirements: strong verbal and written communication knowledge of marketing and advertising/sponsorship program development strong management, motivational & organizational skills conditions: new international hotel in almaty city center training and development lunch
