компания "headhunter" we are looking for a high-performing candidate with a genuine passion for internet industry to join our corporate development team. you will be engaged in variety of strategy and m&a projects and responsible for performing financial analysis; assisting with industry, competitor, and customer research; creating analytical and reporting materials for senior management and board of directors. the successful candidate will be highly collaborative and quantitative, able to work cross-functionally across the company to support a portfolio of strategy and performance improvement initiatives. essential responsibilities: develop and maintain complex financial models (m&a modeling, revenue and sales projections, market modeling, etc) provide financial and strategic analysis evaluating current and new business initiatives. analytics could include: point of view on industry (market sizing, players, positioning, etc) competitive benchmarking consumer research/customer analysis internal performance analytics assist in the development of high-impact presentations to senior management and board of directors collaborate with finance, product, marketing and tech departments to gather data and prepare regular quarterly bod presentations / reports participate in annual strategic planning and budgeting processes engage in other important strategic projects education / experience / requirements: excellent academic track record, ba/ms degree from leading russian university with major in economics, informatics, mathematics, physics or a comparative field 2-3 years of professional experience in corporate finance, management consulting, investment banking or strategic role passion for internet/digital business; desire to build a career in it outstanding analytical and problem solving skills; strong intellectual curiosity and ability to learn quickly high attention to details and critical thinking high proficiency with microsoft office products; experience building financial models and crafting presentations excellent communication skills as well as fluency in english what we offer highly challenging tasks involving all company’s business units and forming helicopter view over its business drivers dynamic environment of rapidly growing tech company possibility to see unambiguous results of your work / ideas directly impacting company’s ability to deliver on its growth strategy competitive compensation package including performance bonuses other customary perks of modern internet company
