компания "ариадна" responsibilities: pre-launch briefing. daily progress report. laboratory job, take analysis from sample. line up systems and isolation valves prior the start circulation. preparation all job test packs and equipment. working with following all safety standards. line pressure control, pump control, chemicals, and sampling. supervise site activities in consultation with the project engineer. supervises site personnel to execute the works as set out within the operational procedures and in full compliance with nb hse requirements. ensures incidents are promptly reported and communicated to prevent re-occurrence. ensures all activities have been thoroughly assessed for potential hazards or risks and implement controls to ensure mitigation or a reduction acceptable to all parties. ensures all changes are reported to the project engineer. ensures the site ptw system is fully complied with. ensures all site personnel are aware and understand the relevant risk assessment and job site safety analysis prior to the commencement of each activity. drafts and forwards all daily operations reports, flushing logs, acceptance certificates etc. to the project engineer. completes detailed shift handovers and toolbox talks at each shift change. requirements: project coordination• nitrogen helium leak test engineering• flange management• hydrotest engineering and execution• nitrogen vacuum and air drying• air blowing, dewatering• preservation of equipment & piping• risk assessment & jha author• city & guilds standard in technical drawings• nitrogen pump operations on any unit (can train others)• multiple nitrogen membrane projects conditions: rotation 28/28 accommodation, food, ppe
