компания "анкор узбекистан" role purpose = what for • provide services and support connected with administration in order to allow smooth running of office work• uz customers service support• accountabilities = howadministrative assistant• supplying to office with all necessary stationery and materials• hr support• proper welcoming new comers and guests informing appropriate company employee about guest visits• develop effective working relationships with all service providers• organize regional meetings and seminars• record keeping, registration of incoming and outgoing correspondence• handling incoming calls and ensuring call is transferred to the correct person or message taken and forwarded on• answer internal calls and / redirected calls• sorting out incoming mail received each day and distribute within the office• receiving post/courier stuff/mail, keeping log registration and contacting the appropriate person for prompt collection• organizing business trip arrangements for employees and foreign guests and arranging visa support• record keeping of business trip documents• operation in an ethical manner and in compliance with syngenta’s reporting standards and values.• maintenance and reconciliation of bank accounts, dealing with bank officers, receiving bank statements• performing cashier functions• responsible for company’s car parkcustomer service support• helping to create customer’s database in assigned territory (salesforce)• close cooperation with order managers team, demand planners and business planners• close cooperation with national distributors (customers) in assigned territory• support customers in customs clearance if needed through cooperation with order managers team• negotiating with local authorities (customs, quarantine) regarding demo seeds shipments• supporting cro’s social media (content creating and communicating with smm agency)4. knowledge, skills & experience:critical knowledge:• knowledge of work with documentation• microsoft office super user• higher education• accuracy, quality and high speed of processes• learning abilities• open mindedadditionally for customer service support:• supply chain operations and demand planning knowledge is an advantage• knowledge of agriculture is an advantagecritical skills:• ability to operate with minimal supervision• results orientation – ability to focus on delivering goals• negotiation skills• english (intermediate or upper), uzbek (fluent) and russian languageadditionally for customer service support:• ability to interact in multi-discipline teams and maintain high standards of professionalism under pressure of intense selling seasoncritical experience:• previous experience at similar positions (not less than 2 years competencies • deliver commitmentslevel:non-managerialother behaviors critical for the role:• must promote the image of the world’s leading agribusiness company through behavior.• develop the respect of customers and influencers as a source of information and reliability to deliver promises• compliance with policies and country law6. critical success factors and key challenges – list below the main job contributions, i.e. the key tasks of the job• rapid development of effective relationships with customers and with all departments in regional and global.• development of effective relationships with external suppliers (best prices)
