компания "air products central asia group" requirements: mechanical engineering graduate with >10 years of relevant experience in chemical / refinery / gas plant maintenance / inspection / engineering. more than 3 years managerial experience. engineering background with a bachelor’s degree. knowledge of reformers, pressure vessels, соlumns, heat exchangers, storage tanks, process piping and safety devices. working knowledge of pressure vessel & piping (e.g. asme, en, gb and ansi) codes for design, inspection, and repair. knowledge of industry standard - api 579, api 580/1 desirable to have asme / api pressure vessel or piping inspector qualification. in-depth understanding of relevant national/local legislation or regulation relating to pressure equipment national and inspection requirements. experience in interacting with in-service inspection companies and notified bodies would be an advantage. strong organizational and management skills. proficiency in russian and english language principal accountabilities: the job holder will be responsible for technical and mechanical integrity support for static mechanical equipment across the facility. provide engineering guidance and maintainability of equipment for all aspects of pressure equipment including troubleshooting, maintenance, repair, and test activities. provide design engineering for pressure system equipment including development of technical specifications, review of mechanical strength calculations and fabrication drawings. implement and develop pressure system equipment procedures, best practices, inspection contracts, and contractor selection guidelines. provide technical support and pressure systems leadership for management of change, hazard reviews and other safety related initiatives required to drive process safety compliance. implement/maintain expertise in existing and new technologies associated with the inspection of pressurized systems (e.g. advanced ultrasonics, shear wave, eddy current, acoustic emissions). provide technical support for planned/unplanned equipment or plant shutdowns. develop and implement inspection & test plans for operation of pressure equipment during fabrication / installation / repair activities. provide technical reviews to repair / rеplасе, repair / redesign, and make / buy decisions. what we offer: we offer a competitive salary and benefits package, a culture of respect, challenge and innovation with excellent opportunities for growth and development. our benefits include but are not limited to: annual leave entitlement - 28 calendar days per year paid daily meals mobile connection (sim card) temporary accommodation relocation package medical insurance life insurance due to accidents improved compensation of sick leave
