компания "cointelegraph consulting" we are looking for professionals experienced in management and strategy to join as the strategy manager to lead product, strategy and operational efforts for our key client, a market leading global payments application company. the strategy manager will act as the key person of the company’s management team to oversee daily operational activities and liaise with different leaders of business units to strengthen the company’s operational efficiency in line with strategic goals, which usually consist of the following elements: product & operational management define the growth strategy of the company through market analysis, competitive landscape analysis, and financial analysis; identify areas of improvement and drive them with your team through to execution; drive management reporting, including financial and operational performance. business strategy & development communicate with senior management and other 3rd party strategic partners on behalf of the company to drive strategic changes; shape the future of our business development strategy and execution; actively look for new marketing and operational business partnerships. requirements a university degree related to business administration, economics, finance or management with minimum 4 years of management and financial services experience in sectors related to technology and or financial services; strong retail financial product knowledge and management expertise; strong communication skills and interpersonal skills - ability to analyse complex problems, work with different teams and advising on their strategic, management and operational needs, as well as liaise with external parties customer satisfaction and client relationships; management experience in financial services, banking or consulting firms preferred; strong english and russian oral and written communication abilities; previous management experience in a fintech related company would be a plus; experience in the blockchain industry would be a plus. we offer ability to get knowledge in a perspective rapidly developing market; competitive salary; flexible working hours; highly autonomous work environment; collaborative and engaging corporate culture.
