компания "бейкер хьюз" as a logistics manager, you’ll manage transportation and related logistics of goods to internal and/or external customers/suppliers. youchr(39)ll develop operational plan for own department and contributing to plan of the larger unit. youchr(39)ll lead logistics tasks, teams, and strategy. as a logistics manager, you will be responsible for: elaborating process improvement that are expected taken into consideration for broader functional context developing and leading end-to-end logistics solutions to achieve required on-time pick up & delivery of goods managing logistics costs to meet budgets and op plan developing redesigns of processes due to changing circumstances or management needs to ensure we deliver value handling work requiring analysis and interpretation such as developing approaches for exceptions managing special regimes including repetro, interaction with customs and other government authorities. supporting commercial teams on contract clause analysis, vendor performance management, reviewing domestic trucking & import/export process, ensuring freight spend control and cost tracking to be successful in this role you will: have completed bachelor studies in the area of logistics from an accredited university or college show experience with aeo certification and customs audits. have relevant professional experience in logistics and customs. show good leadership experience with direct/ indirect reports, and ability to coordinate several projects simultaneously. demonstrate effective communication, interpersonal and leadership skills with the ability to influence others and lead small teams be fluent in russian and have working level of english this is an office based role in krasnoyarsk
