компания "mckinsey & company" we are a consulting company established in russia by ex–partners of mckinsey. it is our sincere desire to preserve the best practices and approaches of the "big 3", to create and open up new business opportunities both in russia and abroad. as before, we strive to attract and retain unique specialists and experts in a variety of different areas. we are currently looking for a power point business presentation specialist for the visual graphics & media team. our vgm team provides support in creating, designing and formatting presentations for the firmchr(39)s consultants. business presentation designers work on different projects every day, interacting with consultants, team leaders, fellow designers and project coordinators to create high-quality presentations. what youchr(39)ll do in this role, you will help our consultants tell their stories with the most visually appealing, innovative and engaging presentation content by translating the findings of the consulting process into compelling visuals and charts. you will provide tailored visual solutions for a wide variety of needs, from producing a single slide in powerpoint for a kickoff meeting to customized presentations. key responsibilities translate complex ideas into compelling and memorable visual stories that create impact provide compelling and effective visual communication solutions in powerpoint problem-solve within the teams and/or with our consultants to develop ideas to transform presentations into a more visually engaging and interactive experience for our clients coordinate production activities for short- and long-term client assignments, working closely with colleagues to manage production ensure accurate, efficient, and timely completion of all assigned jobs desired skills 2+ years of professional experience in a graphics-related field degree (ba/masters) in a design-related area updated portfolio focused on graphic design work in a single pdf file or web-based portfolio advanced knowledge of powerpoint. good skills in adobe illustrator and photoshop excellent verbal and written language skills in russian good knowledge of english (b1+) highly skilled in creating compelling design concepts, presenting ideas convincingly, and data visualization competencies ability to work well independently or collaboratively with diverse project teams excellent organizational skills with effective project and workflow management detail-oriented yet able to consider the bigger picture, coupled with strong communication and interpersonal skills customer-centric mindset and enthusiastic about design work within a corporate environment, generating new ideas and striving for continuous growth what do we offer? a stable company with excellent growth prospects a beautiful office in the center of moscow a good work environment unique knowledge and expertise you will be surrounded by colleagues who are pleasant and professional and are passionate about their work you will be working in an open environment with the opportunity to develop – both personally and professionally completely white salary, annual bonus and overtime compensation meal allowance medical insurance
