Quality Assurance Specialist

компания "evyap international russia" evyap - an international fmcg company represented by such brands as duru, arko men, fax, evy baby, activex, clean & white is looking for a quality assurance specialist. main purpose of the position: to ensure that contract manufacturing products are produced in accordance with evyap standards and gmp rules in the production facility, to manage quality assurance processes, laboratory and line control processes in production areas. to manage supply process including shipments scheduling, npd and pricing. control that all obligations and agreements are followed up. main responsibilities: quality assurance relate: ensures that necessary actions are taken in order to prevent possible deviations / errors in the production area, and controls the conformity of quality standards. performs root cause studies by reporting deviations on a monthly basis. controls and approves the conformity of production conditions and production records to quality standards. checks that the production activities are carried out in accordance with the gmp rules. prepares product file and quality plans. takes part in the work to be done in change control, corrective preventive action, non-conforming product, out-of-limit status and deviation activities. ensures that the products are blocked in order to decide on the action to be taken (rejection / conditional acceptance / destruction) during any nonconformity experienced during production. provides, controls and approves the analysis of the product in the laboratory and on the lines. checks batch records and checks and approves conformity confirmation before shipment. controls device calibrations. checks records for root cause analysis of customer complaints. prepares the retention samples of the products. follow the expiration date. refreshes when needed. provides, controls and approves the analysis of raw materials and packaging materials. regularly reports quality kpis to the local russia team and the headquarters quality team. cm management related : coordinate npds and other projects with local produers: from project planning to control steps execution on time. efficiently manage cm contracts in a way to deliver target cogs and stock availability level. required qualifications: university degree preferably in chemistry or chemical engineering departments. minimum 3 years experience in quality roles. work experience in fmcg (non-food). fluency in english. proficiency in ms office applications. skills & knowlegdes: strong communication skills. time management skills. good analytical thinking and problem solving skills. proactive. team working and customer oriented mindset. risk management. work terms: regular short business trips. we offer: competitive salary and annual bonus based on performance. medical insurance after probation period. meal compensation. hybrid work format. comfortable office close to shabolavskaya metro station. opportunities for growth and development.
