компания "веир минералс казахстан" job responsibılıtıes ensure weir group’s she charter is fully respected via full implementation of internal protocols and procedures across the business. assist and communicate with managers, supervisors and operatives on all she practices and provide guidance to ensure effective management systems and full legislative compliance is maintained. support the development and sharing of good practice throughout the business and conduct audits and inspections as required. support operational and field managers in the investigation of accidents, incidents and near misses where necessary. support the departmental supervisors/risk champions to ensure risk assessments are completed for all operations. pro-actively engage with field service operations and customer sites to develop robust she practices – will require travel within uzbekistan for company’s premises and customer sites frequently. ensure all contractors sub-contractors comply with local legislation and weir protocols when working on site (own and 3rd party). able to run she training and awareness activities within the business from new starter inductions through to weir zero harm behavioural programmes both in english and local language. ensure the implementation of the company she policy for the prevention of injury, damage or loss to company personnel and resources and ensure that line management are fully aware of their accountability for the environment, health and safety of company employees and others who may be affected by company activities. attend relevant she committee meetings. act as a focal point for all employees to allow for a smooth two-way communication process with regards to she information attend relevant training as required to allow them to fulfil the functions of a safety representative. where appropriate participate in relevant workplace inspections and incident investigations. support company she policy to help deliver cultural development and sustained continual improvement in she performance. qualifications university degree in engineering preferably in an engineering, manufacturing or field service environment. satisfactorily completed a nationally recognised training course in h&s minimum 3 years of experience in she area. proven knowledge of management systems iso 14001 & 45001 strong written/verbal communication skills. good knowledge of local she legislations. result oriented with focus on continuous improvement. demonstrated capability to successfully partner with peers and senior business leaders. proficiency in ms office applications. photoshop knowledge is a plus advanced in english
