компания "ceetrus" responsibilities: csr manager will be responsible of implementation csr strategy of nhood russia basis on the group approach and local requirements, report’s preparing. development of nhoodchr(39)s strategy in the field of csr in russia. implementation of projects within the approved strategy. leading breeam and another kind of certification. development of annual csr programs, including communication plans and budgets in close contact with heads of sites. establishing constructive relationships with internal and external parties within the framework of a csr project (working with company employees, authorities and local governments, public organizations, professional communities, etc.), forming and maintaining a positive image of the organization coordination of the development and implementation of initiatives of the companychr(39)s divisions in the field of csr. analysis of non-financial risks associated with the companychr(39)s activities, development of measures to prevent them. raising the companychr(39)s awareness of the organizationchr(39)s commitment to the principles of corporate responsibility. lead-up of social reporting. requirements: experience in csr (3+ years of professional experience). technical/ecologic background and relevant experience. experience with environmental certification associations or good knowledge as an advantage. experience of working with budgeting and contracting procedures, coordinating suppliers’ work experience working autonomously and collaboratively on a cross-functional team and the ability to communicate effectively at all levels of the organization exceptional project management skills public speaking and interpersonal communication skills remote management skills (coordinating work of team members located in other sites) analytical mindset and thinking open-minded advanced pc english: starting from upper-intermediate and above conditions: work in international company 5/2 bonuses (yearly by kpi, quarterly based on the companychr(39)s performance) benefits package (medical insurance, food card, sick list compensation, etc.) development and training opportunity.
