компания "24 ттл" 24ttl — ecosystem of solutions for online retail. we develop unique products and special projects in online retail (ecom) for large enterprise business. our clients are companies from fortune global 500 list — lg, dyson, bsh, hyundai, p&g, lego, samsung, lenovo, pfizer, omron and others. on this position you will be responsible for communication and longterm relations with large enterprises from latam region (latin america). if you are an experienced account manager with entrepreneurial spirit and strong communication skills and willing to develop your career in ecommerce industry, welcome to our team! key responsibilities: develop proactively portfolio of large clients create and support longterm relations with clients control of document flow, preparation of invoices, commercial offers (cost estimations), making reports regular status meetings with clients for planning further steps in the project manage client’s expectations, being proactive interact with different departments in the company resolving set tasks representing the client inside the company requirements: spanish language – fluent/advanced for daily business communication with your clients. also knowledge of portuguese will be a plus! english level not less than upper intermediate 3+ years of working experience as an account manager or other relevant position strong negotiation and presentation skills multitasking experience strong experience in ms office, crm and task tracking services (amocrm, asana or others) good soft skills (critical thinking, ability to find best approach to different people, trustworthy)
