компания "школа kit" do you speak english fluently? are you creative and eager to change the world? welcome to kit school as a teacher of english! our mission is to raise persons who make their way confidently, easy to navigate in the world and deal with its challenges playfully we: support humanistic pedagogy and create an atmosphere of trust and inspiration at your lessons do everything for our kids to know that learning is fun and that one can get knowledge playfully do not assess our students, but give them feedback, supporting them in their educational process believe that apart from knowledge from school program it is vital to be able to understand yourself and the others, to be friends and to be yourself trust that the best way to teach language is to create an environment, where speaking - is not the goal, but the means of communication. that is why we have arranged an english day once a week in addition to regular lessons you: if you are positive and playful and enthusiastic about your subject and the possibilities of communication it opens if your goal is to inspire, incite, motivate, share and discover an amazing world of english language and culture if you realise that the most effective training - is that one which is built on attachment and voluntary if you know how to apply various techniques and technologies, which make lessons exciting, easy going and effective we offer: teaching kids from 1st to 7th grade (up to 10 kids in a class) both offline and online (depending on circumstances), pre-schoolers 4-6 years old and groups of very young learners 2-4 years old. teamwork for organization of parties, plays, immersions and other school events, workshops, pedagogical labs, taking decisions on general issues of the school cooperation with psychologist, tutors and parents for development and implementation of individual educational routes (we arrange observations and teachers council regularly and general feedback meetings once in half a year) support and possibilities to experiment and develop, freedom to create our own program possibility to come to work with your own kids and friendly prices for our staff starting from september - full time: overall 18-24 hours of lessons per week, plus extracurricular activities we will understand each other better if you write a few words about yourself, your interests and expectations in a cover letter.
