компания "legionfarm" lfcarry is a platform created for gamers by gamers for gamers. this is a place where you can achieve your in-game goals without wasting any of your time, grinding, or doing any other boring routine. we are funded by y combinator, twitchchr(39)s co-founder, and dozens of angels and venture capitalists! lfcarry has helped players from 50+ different countries across the globe. our main office is in san francisco, california. we also have branches and operating teams in istanbul and singapore. our finance team is looking for a head of reporting who will be responsible for for timely and accurate recording of transactions across multiple legal entities of the group (usa, singapore, netherlands), classification and weekly, monthly, annual and ad-hoc reporting under several reporting frameworks: - internal management accounting principles; - investors reporting package guide; - ifrs for standalone financials; - us gaap for group reporting; we expect head of reporting to split time approximately 50% supporting operational activity and people management and the remaining half invested in developing the processes, creating methodological core, building up the function. successful candidate will be allowed to work remotely, however quarterly team building and planning on-site events are possible. to enjoy this role you have to have previous hands-on experience in preparation of accounts under any of the above mentioned frameworks, managing people, experience in automation would be a strong plus. key skills and competencies confirmed accounting/reporting experience: acca / aca certificates; tech-savvy. xero, quickbooks, oracle netsuite, google spreadsheets; track record in automation of routine work; understanding of crypto currencies (at least has a personal wallet); people management: hired, promoted team, conflict solving; preferably product mindset. preferred previous experience financial controller / reporting-related role in a internet-based company (saas, services, ed-tech, fintech or alike); some first years in big4; education in accounting, finance, audit, engineers also ok; rapidly changing business environment; effective remote work; managing a team of at least 2 other people; direct exposure to stakeholders like investors, banks, leadership. what we offer salary in $, singapore contract remote work or hybrid/office if you are in istanbul participation in company option programm flexibility. we value awareness and involvement. you’ll be able to personally organize your working day, the start of the day is flexible. results are what’s most important to us. an awesome team, where you can always count on the support of like-minded individuals who are ready to discuss even the wildest ideas
