компания "мунэксперт" moonexpert is a payment system with a robust online banking infrastructure suitable for most online businesses. a guide to the world of e-commerce and consulting. we provide a full range of marketing services for e-commerce - from market research and consulting to btl. we are currently looking for a recruitment specialist to join our team, whose main task is to work in pair with senior recruitment manager and perform other hr activities. what is to be done: manage job postings and requisitions for assigned roles initiate contact with the candidate following application and conduct screening calls with eligible candidates liaise with the candidate and hiring managers to agree on availability throughout the interview stages use online job boards, social media platforms, our comprehensive database, and other industry-leading resources to find appropriate candidates that match your client’s requirements manage multiple sourcing and administrative requests from stakeholders and prioritize accordingly distribute agreed materials required to support interviews follow up with hiring managers for interview feedback; ensuring feedback is saved once received ensure candidate pipeline is managed accordingly to maintain high candidate engagement (ensure all candidates are contacted, feedback is provided) initiate rejection and candidate withdrawal processes on the talent acquisition system regularly updаtеcritical stakeholders on candidate progress keep talent acquisition system records up to date with current candidate status support engagement strategy with interview pool ensuring interviewer availability is fully utilized and maintain a robust internal reputation as delivering service excellence manage temp to perm, transfer, and promotion recruitment promote referral programs across the business work on critical metrics, kpi, and sla to demonstrate performance liaise and cooperate with recruiting colleagues as required to share candidate pipelines our expectations from the candidate: a bachelorchr(39)s degree in human resources or business administration. a minimum of 6 months of experience in a similar role. experience using human resource management systems (hris). excellent research, analytical, and problem-solving skills. the ability to work as part of a team and independently. excellent knowledge of microsoft office suite, and excel, and the ability to create charts, spreadsheets, and presentations. familiarity with hr operations, such as hiring, payroll, and employee benefits. excellent verbal and written communication skills. an in-depth understanding of labor laws. we offer: official employment; work format office / from home with a flexible start of the working day from 08:00 to 11:00; competitive salary (according to your wishes and professional competencies); vhi; corporate english, participation in training/conferences, providing specialized literature (and not only in electronic form!); ability to influence the final result and understand the business logic of products: we follow the principles of agile; bright and non-standard corporate events - where without them =) submit your feedback! know someone who would be the perfect fit? tell them about our vacancy!
