Operation Commissioning Supervisor

Interim Operation Commissioning Supervisor (Rotation Schedule) Responsibilities: Interim Operation Commissioning Supervisor shall: Control safe Start-up, Normal and Shutdown operations by Process Control System (PCS) as per established procedures / operating manuals and good industry practices. Responsible for Control and Monitoring of operating conditions by PCS of related facilities during the Shift. Check-up process conditions by PCS and check-up product qualities by laboratory data. Request field operators to check the facility and equipment conditions and to adjust the proper conditions in field operations. Change operating conditions by PCS for adjustment of scheduled quantity of production. Provide the daily production report by PCS terminal Requirements: Minimum 5 years plus in Oil & Gas facility projects/ LNG & Utilities Commissioning Start-up or Operation Able to interact with all professionals of project management Excellent communication and leadership skills, handling a team of technicians . Problem identification & initiating changes to full implementation Driving HSE performance in the project execution To have technical vocabulary and very good level in English Conditions: Rotation 56/21 in Belokamenka (Murmansk Region) 10 hour working day, 6/1 working week Accommodation, meals are provided by the employer Travel expences are compensated by the employer 100% official employment and salary.
