Обязанности: Develops new products by planning adequately, assuring the defined requirements according to the legislations and the briefing agreed with Marketing; Establish and manage project plans and budgets and executes the development of new processes and/or technologies, new raw materials, additives and others related by planning, suggesting solutions; Proceeds the critical analysis of every new project, in order to assure its feasibility and profitability; drives each project to guarantee timelines and profits; Defines with the Brewery and Engineering the needs for plant adaptation; supports Engineering and the Brewery with commissioning of new equipments related to projects of new products or new technologies; gives technical assistance during the start-up of projects of new products/technologies; Elaborates technical documentation (e.g. product composition, process description) for legal requirements; defines products and process specifications and issues documentation of standard technical procedures; Analyses performance information in the plant (quality, losses, costs) and in the market (sales, feed-back from consumers), providing managerial reports; Elaborates projects reports, assuring consistency of the results and of the methodologies; Supports the Manager in driving the department budget; Help to keep the benchmarking in products, by evaluating tendencies and innovations in the world, and if necessary, proposing adequacies to our existing products / processes in order to keep continuous improvements in quality and cost reductions.; Provides technical support to Marketing, Legal, Procurement, Consumer Compliance, Breweries and Co. Board whenever requested, applying his/her own expertise and searching for information. Требования: University degree in technical area, preference for Chemical or Food Engineering, Agronomy, Chemistry, Biology, Biosciences or any correlated area; Brewmaster-course (post-graduation level) is an advantage; Operational experience in a brewery (or brewing support function) or in beverage production plants (2-5 years of relevant experience); Strategic mindset, conceptual and analytical thinking, results-oriented, stress-resistant, self-starter who likes to take initiative; Strong verbal and written communication in a clear, meaningful, and timely manner; Project management skills are an advantage; Ability to make presentations of projects to executive audiences and to lead working meetings and conferences; Ability to work under tight timelines and display strong ownership; Project management skills and ability to manage complex cross-country, Cross-functional scope (can be expected to drive sets of ten projects simultaneously); Strong negotiation, influencing and leadership skills; Advanced PC Office tools; Fluency in English is an advantage.
