Responsibilities: Strategy: Level up consumer engagement: develop strategy, plan & execute related content generation & community building activities to increase loyalty & retention in the post purchase period, grow repeated purchases & multidevice ownership Explore the available local competitive, consumer data & other insights which are actionable and relevant, ensure these insights are addressed through corresponding ideas and plans Manage relevant HQ coordination, incorporate global brand campaigns, guidelines & learnings into the planning Develop & implement the experience marketing initiatives in line with the strategy Define relevant KPI & enable target setting for the projects/initiatives in line with the strategy Execution: Full operational leadership of Samsung Members app Ensure innovative & creative approach to consumer engagement mechanics Handle creative production process for the assigned projects Briefing and managing agencies & internal partners to ensure KPI delivery Closely cooperate with product & marketing communication teams to synchronize and coordinate strategies, activities and execution Monitor ongoing performance & take actions to maximize project results Enable smooth workflow for supporting project documents, timely approvals & strict budget management Handle relevant reporting Ad hoc requests Requirements: Solid digital background Project management skills Marketing communication experience from 5 years Experience in loyalty programs, customer care Creative thinking Cross-functional projects leadership experience Strategic thinking Upper-intermediate English Advanced user of Excel, Power Point Conditions: Salary + bonuses Medical insurance Mobile compensation Meal compensation
