компания "орика-казахстан, ао" the lead - operations support leads the provision of support compliance and governance to field operations and drives operational excellence through the region. key accountabilitiesprovides support compliance to field operations group standard and group procedure, manufacturing and asset management.provides field measurement systems servicing and supportprovides the appropriate quantum and quality of resources through resource planning: plant, people - field ops, product change management, onboarding - recruitment and induction (operations)drives site operational performance governancedrives fleet managementsupports capital project deliveryensures compliance to maintenance management plan for all assets at siteassists with site based inventory stocktakes investigationsassists business development and territory managers with new business opportunities with operational input and reviewassists with completing on site risk analysis and review and conducting hazard studies. требования: • bachelor degree or higher in engineering, preferably chemical or mechanical.• +5 years experience in technology and/or manufacturing roles.• sound knowledge of manufacturing principles, safe working practices, process safety• dual language speaker (english/russian preferred)• good technical understanding of products and processes• change management capability• understanding of aspects of supply chain, quality in manufacturing and field services• capability to execute project from concept development to project delivery условия: full time (mon - fri) standard social package business trips to production sites (in kazakhstan) timely payment of salary
