компания "казахстан каспиан оффшор индастриз" responsibilities: issue out of effective bidder list by searching for new suppliers meeting company/tbc and local content requirements prior to get it approved by line management; ensure presence of proper technical information and set of accompanying documents on each requisition prior to raise any tender; coordinating the activities of technical bid evaluation team (technical department) members to finalize technical evaluation process; - analyze of commercial offers (upon receipt of final technical evaluation from technical department; - issue of commercial bid evaluation that includes commercial conditions & price comparison. - commercial negotiations with suppliers to agree the best commercial conditions relating to payment terms and delivery period of goods; - preparing/submitting contract award recommendations to client including commercial and technical bid evaluation and set of supplier pre-qualification documents; - issue out of supply contract in company contract template, in case of an exception in regards to conditions/if any, co-ordinating it and getting it agreed with legal department; prepare all key documentation for order close-out; attending project process meetings on weekly basis, reporting every strategical package status with procurement, engineering, dcc and client representatives; requirements: 3 years of experience english should be at least intermediate level conditions: aktau5/2
