компания "rp canon medical systems" responsibilities: establish and oversee partner account department goals and objectives determine key directions and objectives of department oversee the activities and monitor performance of department staff measure the effectiveness and monitor kpi for department staff oversee maintenance of correctness of sales forecast including backlog and inventory, reporting to cco/mt, interaction with hq control status of contract realization, including control of financial data, correlation between procurement and sales (configurations) control correctness of timely maintenance of relevant databases manage destination control, timely reporting to hq, close interaction with export control department, close interaction with external partners/distributors ensure timely response time of department staff as defined in the sales-related policies control correctness of project reservation within the crm system ensure compliance with sales-related policies adopted in company, support to cco in development and revisions of sales-related policies interact with product, logistics, ra and marketing departments to ensure correctness of sales analyze sales performance results on regular basis, create reports, provide relevant data to marketing (analytics)and cco fulfil other assignments as delegated by cco and mt. requirements: higher education; experience with distributors in medical equipment or medical devices area; knowledge of medical equipment distributors in russia and the cis; good people management skills; excellent communication skills and team working ability; ability to develop and manage key business relationships; strong planning and organizational skills; good analytical skills. соnditions: competitive salary, сorporate mobile private medical insurance, life insurance program friendly team
