компания "ramotion" ramotion is looking for a motion designer. we are a fully distributed team and are proud of it. we believe that people should have the freedom to choose where to live continuing doing what they love. our clients are smbs, enterprises, and innovative funded startups. they are different but they all approach us to push their digital experience to the next level. we provide various services for our clients, including ux/ui design, web design, visual identity, iconography and illustrations, etc. our current experts have experience in doing animations but we feel we need someone who is fully focused on motion design. we want to find a teammate who can be a motion wizard so that everything he/she touches brings to life. from us: a stable stream of tasks in various areas, including product design, web design, marketing storytelling, visual identity, brand strategy, illustrations, and design systems in which we need motion design help. remote full-time job as part of a team of experienced specialists (designers, engineers, producers, and others). hourly payment system clear and “bullet-proved” workflows to avoid meaningless or ineffective work and communications from you: experience as a motion designer for at least 3 years. strong portfolio showing current work on motion design applications in different areas of design. knowledge of english b2 and above. be prepared to be interviewed in english. knowledge of russian at the level c1 and above. understanding the principles of creating design systems and how micro-interactions could be a part of a design system and user experience. excellent skill in creating micro-interactions for web and mobile products strong skill in creating storyboards for different types of animation and storytelling. experience in animating illustrations of different complexity, including animation of characters. experience creating conceptual motion graphics for brands, including work with logo animation, dynamic typography, etc. proficiency knowledge of 2d and 3d animation and work automation methods (plugins, scripts, actions, etc.). knowledge of unity and ar/vr is a great advantage. ability to apply motion to clickable prototypes of varying complexity. desirable experience in a design agency. we respect both yours and our time and will respond to those whose portfolio and cv follow the requirements of the vacancy.
