компания "ramotion" ramotion is looking for a new teammate - an interface designer. we are a fully distributed team and are proud of it. we believe that people should have the freedom to choose where to live continuing doing what they love. our clients are smbs, enterprises, and innovative funded startups.they are different but they all approach us to push their digital experience to the next level. it means that the logical layer of an interface is equally important as the visual layer. we are looking for a designer who can create interfaces that go beyond the limits of standard flows, layouts, etc. the ideal candidate is always curious about “what’s next” in the interface design industry, reading, watching, and learning about self-driving car interfaces, augmented and virtual reality principles, and limitations. from us: - a stable stream of projects in various formats, from complex crm interfaces to experimental marketing websites, ar/vr, and sound interfaces. - remote full-time job as part of a team of experienced specialists (designers, engineers, producers, and others). - hourly payment system - clear and “bullet-proved” workflows to avoid meaningless or ineffective work and communications from you: - experience as an interface designer for at least 3 years. - strong portfolio showing current work on product web interfaces and marketing sites. - knowledge of english c1 and above. be prepared to be interviewed in english. - knowledge of russian at the level c1 and above. - understanding the principles of creating design systems and the atomic design approach and experience in creating a ui kit. - knowledge of the principles and rules of “accessibility” (wcag2.1, ios hig, material design guidelines, etc.) - proficiency knowledge of figma, sketch, ai, ps, and work automation methods (plugins, scripts, actions, etc.). basic knowledge of ae. - knowledge of 3d, unity, and ar/vr is a great advantage. - ability to create clickable prototypes of varying complexity (from draft to highly detailed with interface animation elements) - flinto, principle, marvel, etc. - desirable experience in a design agency. - the presence of a device with macos (imac, macbook) is highly desirable (many of our processes are optimized for the apple ecosystem). - ability to search for information and argue your design hypothesis with research data, competitor analysis, and tests. we respect both yours and our time and will respond to those whose portfolio and cv follow the requirements of the vacancy.
