компания "группа компаний stada" key role responsibilities: creation and monthly updаtеof supply plans in apo or excel (depending on the portfolio) based of sales forecast across eurasian markets for pool of suppliers order placement and supply issue management, managing effective communication with supplier via regular operational apo planning parameters updаtеlead time monitoring – safety stock parameters, lead times, material master data support close cross functional cooperation with demand planning, marketing, sales and other departments to ensure overall alignment on product availability commercial availability plans updаtеon bi-weekly basis, risks and opportunities assessment leading of stock management processes - inventory and slob kpi for the portfolio сommunication with ra department in terms of new launches and ongoing regulatory activities tracking, supply plan adjustment constant optimization of systems and procedures in order to improve overall visibility of product availability and oos minimization across eurasian markets requirements: high education (economics, statistics, logistics, finance) 3 years’ experience in similar position (supply planning, demand planning, logistics manager) in pharmaceutical or fmcg companies experienced sap erp user, key user as an advantage strong analytical skills, experienced microsoft excel user good communication and presentation skills, deep understanding of supply planning processes & contract manufacturing planning (lead times, english upper intermediate or fluent, ability to speak and write
