компания "antal russia" the leading investment boutique in the technology segment in russia with rich experience in supporting and successfully closing deals in rapidly growing sectors of the economy in search of junior, middle and senior analysts. responsibilities: research work / data mining searching for specific information about industries and/or companies. this will involve using public domain databases and consulting colleagues in the team;searching for potential investors for our projects and their contact details;everyday news updаtеfor specific companies / sectors. preparing company profiles preparation profiles of potential targets of interest to company and these under its client assignments. a profile consists of one or a few powerpoint slides presenting a company. this will include a company description, historical financials and forecasts, ownership structure, management description, share price performance (if listed), latest news, and other financial and product information such as revenue split by product or geography. drafting investment decks, interaction with company clients preparation of project’s teaser and drafting teasers for more straightforward projects on his/her own – powerpoint skills required. valuation – transaction and trading comps creating the valuation spreadsheet: searching for selected financial data in company’s annual reports (revenues, ebitda, earnings, net debt, cash and items such as minority interests and pension fund liabilities), updаtеshare prices, compile financial forecasts, and check formulas in excel spreadsheets. valuation – dcf (if needed) preparation of a dcf model – searching for relevant financials from clients reports, analyzing the financials, adding the data to the model, updating financial models – excel skills. ongoing transactional support analyst will support the due diligence effort, run data room, assist senior team members with the preparation of transaction and completion of conditions precedent and subsequent, as the case may be.
