компания "antal russia" our client is an industrial company with own r&d and manufacturing facilities based in volga region. cfo role summary: reporting to the ceo and serving as an integral member of the senior management team, the cfo will be responsible for the development of financial management and it strategy of the company and contribute to the development of the organization’s strategic goals, as well as to deliver against them successfully and to ensure the financial health of the reporting business. in addition to the strategic components, cfo will be charged with developing and implementing more sophisticated policies and procedures in the finance, it and general operational domains. this is an outstanding opportunity for a finance executive with operational experience and a proven track record of creative problem-solving and change management to join in a high-growth, mission-driven organization. обязанности: act as a finance business partner for the company executive to ensure the financial health and efficiency of the company manage through financial business partners model, with a strong focus on solutions and production financials direct and coordinate financial planning and analyze, budget management, cash control and working capital management, accounting, tax, risk management and treasury streams supervise it function and co-lead with them the new erp system implementation project recommend benchmarks for measuring the financial and operating performance monitor and analyze monthly operating results against budget manage the preparation of all financial reports (ifrs and ras) manage the preparation of financial outlooks and financial forecasts prepare financial analysis for contract negotiations and product investment decisions ensure compliance with local, state, and federal budgetary reporting requirements work with department managers to develop one-, three- and five-years business plans assist in establishing short- and long-range departmental goals, objectives, policies, and operating procedures design, establish, and maintain an organizational structure to effectively accomplish the departments goals and objectives serve on planning and policy-making committees serve as primary government liaison relative to financial issues coordinate financial audits and provide recommendations for procedural improvements oversee, direct, and organize the work of the finance and it teams promote a culture of high performance and continuous improvement that values learning and a commitment to quality mentor and develop staff using a supportive and collaborative approach: assign accountabilities; set objectives; establish priorities; monitor and evaluate results; ensure staff members receive timely and appropriate training and development требования: master’s degree in finance, accounting or business with strong experience in both ifrs and ras 5 – 10 years’ experience in senior management role ideally with both external audit and in-house financial management experience gained in a high-growth production companies, operating in a full cycle and with a complex production presence experience of managing teams of 50+ employees acca or cpa (preferred) strong knowledge of finance, accounting, budgeting, and cost control principles including generally accepted accounting principles good knowledge of solutions and production finance management proven track record of success facilitating progressive organizational change and development within a growing organization excellent judgment and creative problem-solving skills including negotiation and conflict resolution skills strong mentoring, coaching experience to a team with diverse levels of expertise entrepreneurial team player who can multitask superior management skills; ability to influence and engage direct and indirect reports and peers self-reliant, good problem solver, results oriented energetic, flexible, collaborative, and proactive; a team leader who can positively and effectively influence both strategic and tactical finance and administration initiatives. russian native speaker witn good command of english условия: competitve base salary annual bonus 30% health isurance corporate car housing allowance for candidates who will relocate to volga region
