компания "uzoman capital" qualifications and skills1. bachelor’s degree from finance, accounting or finance related sphere.3. experience of at least 2 years in the sphere of finance.4. detailed knowledge on financial statements (balance sheet, income statement and cash flow statement).5. knowledge of english, russian and uzbek.duties and responsibilities1. controlling the procedure for allocating financial resources and determining the efficiency of financial investments2. analyzing the financial performance of the entity and suggesting ways to improve the performance3. providing timely analysis & reporting of financial and operating results as per internally agreed reporting format.4. establishing ongoing communication channel with management and partners5. ensures completeness of documentation and transfer to database.6. monitors operations, financials, cash flow, management, and competition dynamics.7. regularly monitors emerging and identified risks and recommend mitigation measures8. assists in preparation of reports and presentations to senior management, board of directors and other related parties.salary and benefitssalary: subject to negotiation5 working days in a weekoffice located in the center of tashkent
