компания "coleman services" our client - №1 in the market among manufacturers of high-performance alkaline and special batteries, as well as accumulators, opens a vacancy for the position of "administrative assistant". job responsibilities: maintenance of document flow for posm; contract management of service providers (mostly for the marketing department); working with database and preparing various reports in excel for the marketing department; receiving incoming calls and processing incoming emails on the local corporate mailbox; receiving, registration, sending and distributing correspondence within the company; document management for the company (full circle of processing accounting closing documents, working in internal document management system- omninet); office support: ordering fruits and office supplies to the companychr(39)s office, supervising the work of the cleaning lady and the office engineering team, monitoring the condition of office equipment (monitoring equipment reliability, arrange a repair through a local provider, refilling printer’s cartridges), supervising issues related to it through a local provider; business correspondence with partners/providers; organization of corporate events, seminars, exhibitions (organization, paperwork, purchase of various materials necessary for the event, etc.); conducting tenders for the service providers (on a demand); expense reports preparation for the manager (including marketing director); search information on various topics by the manager request, dealing with ad hoc requests from the manager and marketing department. requirements: higher education; at least 2 years job experience on a similar administrative position; attention to details, assiduity, ability to work with large amounts of information; experience in working with accounting closing documents; advanced user of pc, ms office and office equipment; knowledge of business etiquette, rules of business correspondence, ability to build effective communication with people; competent oral and written speech; english- intermediate level as a min. conditions: international working environment with a friendly and highly motivated team of professionals; comfortable office 2 min away from voikovskaya subway; combined distant/office work regime (3 days a week working from the office is mandatory) competitive salary; trainings and workshops in the related area according to areas of development; strong c&b package: meal compensation, medical, corporate english lessons, mobile compensation.
