компания "mars" mars incorporated is a family-owned company with more than a century of history and one of the world leaders in the fmcg industry. among our brands are mchr(39)mchr(39)s®, orbit®, dolmio®, whiskas®, royal canin®. mars has been operating in russia since 1991. here we have 4 business segments (petcare, mars wrigley, royal canin and food), 10 factories and a team of 6,000 employees. the pricing manager reports to the market strategic revenue management director serving as a key business partner and the pricing expert for the local unit. this position helps drive mars wrigley profitable growth being the most powerful srm lever. it also focuses on finding best balance between company profit, consumer penetration and category profit pool growth, by leading the strategic development & execution of optimized pack-price architectures. also, this role responsible for leading mw mac roadmap, which goes beyond pure pricing and srm pillars (promo, ta, mix) but also requires leadership of x-functional teams on bringing fully aligned longer term plan addressing mw quality growth ambition. this role also supervise work of srm analytic in pricing related topics to ensure right process execution and governance. you will: lead development of portfolio pricing strategy and price-value actions for profitable value and volume growth. this includes collaboration across all functions to deliver a holistic price value chain approach, ensuring category, consumer, customer, company (cbu) and competitive impacts are well-understood and integrated within pack-price recommendations and execution plans. chair local cross-functional pricing actions at unit sdm and ir/mbr forums. this includes ensuring regular monitoring and assessment of portfolio pricing performance versus the category, development of strategic pricing recommendations and project management of price-value actions & execution (through annual plan and s&op+ process cycles). deliver unit mac roadmap through leadership of x-functional team covering all demand areas (sales, sdl, cbu, finance) to create aligned vision of unit quality growth ambition in line with our strategic choices and business targets aspiration. ensure that pricing process execution is fully compliance with right governance and efficient execution. contribute to unit enablers development (systems, tools, training, etc.) in pricing excellence and profit pool. we expect: higher education 5 years+ experience in fmcg with an analytical, finance and commercial background proven functional/technical understanding and know-how in pricing english - upper-intermediate+ we offer: competitive salary and annual bonus based on the companychr(39)s performance annual salary review (taking into account the market situation and individual performance of the employee) payment of sick leave up to 100% of the employeechr(39)s salary voluntary health insurance for the employee and his family from the first day of work at the company employee life and health insurance insurance for going abroad food compensation corporate pension program an additional week to leave after 5 years of work at the company
