компания "анкор центральная азия" position summary: legal compliance occupational health and safety regulations. control the hse risks. team management (3-5 people). develop and implement internal documentation (policies, standards, procedures instructions, etc) plan employee trainings to improve the workplacechr(39)s safety culture. ensure compliance with internal requirements related to occupational health and safety. create, and implement local legal and internal standards of an occupational health and safety programs. always be in touch with the auditors and regulatory agencies during the audits and legal inspections. in order to put improvement measures into place, analyze occupational health and safety data to find trends, flaws in the system, and the true causes of incidents. required qualifications: minimum of a bachelor’s degree, at least 8 years’ experience in several positions in a manufacturing field english language (min upper-intermediate level) deep knowledge of local legal hse regulations expertise in industrial safety good knowledge and understanding of iso45001 ability to prioritize the tasks proficiency in microsoft office, ability to create presentations in order to trasfer the formal information effectibely ability to professionally and effectively solve problems high evel of communication skills in order to process the issues to all levels in most proper way
